The Luxembourg Arbitration Association has been asked by the Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce to consider modernising its arbitration rules.

To this end, we have set up a small working group, led by Antoine Laniez, which will endeavour to draw up an initial set of proposals that we will submit to you for your opinion as soon as it is ready.

As of now, we would be pleased to know if there are any provisions of the Arbitration Rules that you would like to see amended or supplemented.
