  • Counsel in international arbitration cases under the following Institutional Rules: ICC, DIS, VIAC, IFTA, CICA-CCIR, and in 2 international ad hoc arbitration cases under UNCITRAL Rules. Counsel in domestic arbitration cases under CICA-CCIR Rules, and arbitration related litigation cases (recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, annulment proceedings, as well as provisional and interim measures in support of arbitration).
  • Tribunal secretary in international arbitration cases under VIAC Rules, ICC Rules and UNCITRAL Rules.
  • The disputes handled as counsel and tribunal secretary derived mostly from FIDIC contracts, EFET contracts, software and technology related contracts, joint ventures agreements, and investment agreements.
