Experience as arbitrator

• Sole arbitrator in a LAC arbitration valued at EUR 5 million arising out of a commercial contract, under Luxembourg law, seat in Luxembourg

Arbitration experience as counsel

• Represented a Luxembourg management company of a securitisation vehicle in an ICC arbitration relating to a change of control, for €50M, under Luxembourg law, seat in Luxembourg
• Represented an investment bank in an ICC arbitration against a French company arising out of a construction agreement of €135M, under Luxembourg law, seat in Luxembourg
• Represented one of the largest private equity firm worldwide in a LAC arbitration relating to its management incentive plan, under Luxembourg law, seat in Luxembourg
• Represented a Filipino company in a JAMS arbitration against a California technology company arising out of distribution and licensing agreements
• Represented a Canadian construction company against a petrochemical company in an ICC arbitration arising out of a $100M EPC contract for a glass fiber plant in the Middle East
• Represented a Saudi construction company against a petrochemical company in an LCIA arbitration arising out of a $70M subcontract for a power and desalination plant in the Middle East
• Represent clients in enforcement proceedings concerning a USD 15 billion award against a southeast Asian state, before the Luxembourg courts
• Represent a subsidiary of an oil group in enforcement proceedings concerning a USD 5 billion ECT award, against a state, before the Luxembourg courts
