This working group aims to offer training on arbitration in Luxembourg, thereby strengthening the expertise of the Luxembourg arbitration community.
The LAC Working Group works closely with the Luxembourg Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce to modernise its arbitration rules. By reviewing the existing framework and developing practical proposals for reform, the group aims to align the rules with current arbitral practice and recent developments, while supporting efficient and effective arbitration in Luxembourg.
The DIS/LAA/LAC Arbitration Group is an initiative jointly established by the Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (DIS), the Luxembourg Arbitration Association and the Luxembourg Arbitration Center to strengthen cross-border cooperation between German and Luxembourgish arbitration practitioners. Its primary objective is to promote dialogue and exchange best practices in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution between legal professionals from both countries.
