Arbitration Experience
Ada has acted as counsel, party representative or Luxembourg law expert in approximately a dozen international arbitration matters, primarily involving cross-border disputes in the financial services, banking and corporate/M&A sectors. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of arbitration proceedings, including pre-dispute assessments, emergency arbitration, merits proceedings, expert evidence and post-award enforcement. She has represented claimants and respondents in disputes concerning representations and warranties, tax indemnities, purchase price adjustments, executive compensation disputes and other post-closing claims arising from international mergers and acquisitions. Her arbitration experience has principally been gained under the ICC, SIAC and JAMS Arbitration Rules.
