Arbitration Experience
I have acted as arbitrator in approximately 20 cases, including as presiding arbitrator and sole arbitrator. These cases have included both international and domestic (German) arbitrations, primarily under the ICC and DIS Rules. They have concerned, in particular, post-M&A and other corporate disputes, as well as infrastructure and construction matters.
I have also acted as counsel in numerous arbitrations, including a considerable number of high-value international proceedings. These have been conducted, in particular, under the ICC, SCC, DIS, ICSID, SAC and SIAC Rules. Many of these cases have concerned the defence and automotive sectors. I have also regularly acted in post-M&A and other corporate arbitrations.
