Arbitration Experience

  • Involved as counsel in about a dozen of significant international commercial arbitration disputes, mostly through ICC arbitration rules, also in close cooperation with the global Benelux Arbitration Group of NautaDutilh .
    Mostly corporate / finance related disputes, as well as investment, construction and oil and gas matters.
  • Extensive experience in the field of enforcement of arbitral awards.

Publications and Speaking Engagements

  • Various domestic training/conferences on commercial litigation & arbitration (Luxembourg & international – IBA)
  • Active member of the Luxembourg Think tank for arbitration
  • Board member of the LAA
  • Part of the five members drafting committee on the new Luxembourg act on arbitration (adopted in 2023)
