Current position:

• Partner, Head of Litigation & Arbitration at GSK Stockmann SA Luxembourg
• Lawyer, admitted to the Bar in France (2010) and Luxembourg (2012)

Professional experience:

• Practicing corporate, banking and capital markets law in two leading independent law firms in Luxembourg as well as in law firms in Paris and Singapore
• Legal counsel (on secondment) – EUROPEAN INVESTMENT FUND, Luxembourg, Debt & Structured Finance – Legal Department (11/2013-4/2014)
• Lecturer for the course Legal Environment of Business for the students of the Master in Management at the Luxembourg School of Business (since 01/2022

Arbitration Experience

As Counsel:

• Served as Luxembourg legal  advisor in the context of an international arbitration involving several jurisdictions under the ICC rules of arbitration, within the context of a shareholding dispute.

• Served as Luxembourg legal advisor in an international dispute where I advised on exequatur procedures under Luxembourg law regarding the enforcement of interim awards in Luxembourg.

• Pursued interim measures before the Luxembourg courts in disputes involving the application and scope of arbitration clauses.

• Luxembourg legal advice in files involving cross-border arbitration (LCIA Rules  /ICC Rules), with cases handled by colleagues from GSK Stockmann SA.
